Terms and Conditions

Please note you will not be immediately charged, as depending on your location or country different shipping methods are used and need to be calculated.  You can also let us know your preferred method of shipping.If you are an Image Consultant in Ontario, and your order is tax-exempt, we will require a copy of your Vendor’s Permit.

A customer service representative will confirm the shipping options and final total before charging your credit card. If you prefer to pay by cheque or money order, your order will be shipped upon receipt of payment.

Returns

Products may be returned within 28 days of receipt for a full refund of the product only.  If payment was by credit card, a $10 service fee will be charged.  All shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.Thank you for using our products!
