Interpersonal Communication Management

Facilitate training and coaching in interpersonal communication skills.

You will be able to:

  •   Have positive client contact and superior customer service
  •   Monitor and modify verbal and non-verbal communication
  •   Handle conflict and stressful situations.

Training includes:

  •   Human Relations workbook
  •   Webinar - 90 minute
  •   Mentoring and feedback on a bi-weekly basis
  •   Correction of assignment
  •   Letter of completion.

The fee is discounted 25% from an actual value. If you wish to receive 0.7 CEUs, we can apply for authorization for $95.

The approximate timing for this course is 7 hours. We suggest taking 4 weeks; it must be completed within 1 year.
